3-teilige Installation, Shiryaevo Hölen, Shiryaevo Biennale 2013

Die dreiteilige Installation befindet sich in einer stillgelegten Kalksteinmine. Im Zentrum der Arbeit steht ein LED-Schild, auf dem ein Zitat von Heinrich Kleist (1800) und dessen Adaption zu lesen ist: „It stands he replied, because all the components want to collapse at the same time. (scrolling down) It stands one replies, because all the components want to collapse at the same time. (scrolling up).“ 
Der Romantik zugeordnete Schriftsteller versuchte menschliche Moral aus den Gesetzen der Natur abzuleiten, nachdem er durch einen steinernen Torbogen ohne Mörtel gegangen ist, der nur durch die Gravitation gehalten wird. Durch die Aktualisierung (he replied/one replies) wird der Versuch unternommen, einen Dialog zwischen der Zeit der Aufklärung und unsere »too big to fail« Gegenwart zu spannen.
